Please be advised that failure to show up for an appointment or cancelling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a fee as it prevents other patients from being able to schedule at that time.

Parking: 

Parking is available in the shared lot immediately outside of our office.

Hours:

Mon:  8:00am to 1:00pm, 3:00pm to 6:00pm

Tues:  8:00am to 1:00pm

Wed:  8:00am to 1:00pm, 3:00pm to 6:00pm

Thur: 8:00am to 1:00pm, 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Fri:     8:00 am to 1:00pm
