VISITING OUR OFFICE
We share a parking lot with H&R Block and are not quite visible from the street. Please park in a spot that says NASH CHIRO when available.
Payment will be due by you for any non-covered services, deductibles or co-pays collected at the time of service.
We may have to reschedule your appointment if you will be more than 10 minutes late. Failure to attend your appointment or canceling less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of $50 charged to your card on file.
What to expect on your first visit
After reviewing your history and discussing your specific problem, a thorough orthopedic, neurologic, and chiropractic examination will be performed. Some conditions may require a referral for imaging such as X-ray, MRI, or CT scan.
Following the history and examination, the doctor will review their findings with you and determine if you are a good candidate for treatment. If treatment is not recommended, they will help find other healthcare options for you. If treatment in our office is recommended, they will discuss options and begin your treatment as soon as possible.
Please be advised that failure to show up to your appointment will result in a fee as it prevents other patients from being able to schedule at that time. Additionally, we recommend you review our office policies in advance.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR your first visit
Complete the online intake form
Insurance card and ID
Share any X-rays, MRI reports or any other relevant information about your condition
Dress in comfortable clothing for movement assessments/exam.
How long do visits take?
Initial examinations is scheduled for 40 minutes. Additional time may be needed depending on the severity of the condition.
Follow up appointments usually take between 20-30 minutes depending on services performed.
